Easy to compose your own Company Cartouche [Smath 6179].
Once all composite items are done, slide inside in the image region.
Before adding your particular project, save your Cartouche as model
template [an ordinary Smath document].
If you just want plain text for the project items and no grid,
set the background [254,254,254]. Not exactly white but clear enough.

At this point

... as you "Save as", you will get an error message
Can not find file
.....
No picture saved

Click OK caption, Smath saves in its own way as an ordinary document.

Maybe this is the most important missing step , Ah !

1. You are in a new blank work sheet for your Cartouche
2. Before doing anything, i.e: you have done nothing yet,
3. "Save as" ... to be attributed [Template ,blabla]
4. ... compose your Cartouche , then save from menu

From recollection, if you have an image region in a
NON-attributed document and try "Save as" will crash Smath.
