collected in the data inverse. Discrete solver included
as demo for other applications ... play with that one.

Revisit/resume km_kPa ... from several proposals:
1. Thiele two segments
2. Transmute modified Carlos
3. Wolf-Rabbit two segments
4. HKL [simple/corrected]
5. Exact_4 [± 0.001 m ... 0 m up ~ 11 km] <= ! ! !

The all range [0 .. 101.325 kPa] ... [0 .. 60km]
resumed in 4 segments of same format, zero error page 11, 12
NASA is short of accepting @ 60 km, pressure still exists !.

Tiele 13 terms converted to J continued fraction
Just a peanut ... truncate β at will, reasonably, checking Δm.
