If the problem is how to display vectors then the Maxima draw package might be an option. It is part of the portable distribution and is documented in the interactive handbook and in the german pdf handbook.

Is that only possible in the portable versión? Isn't it possible in the official one?

It is possible with the official version. You just have to install the Maxima plugin and set up Maxima appropriately. Feel free to try.
