Please look at the picture:

A function defined with "if" can not be integreated. "int" does not like "if" . Could they like each other?

As Greg pointed out, something is wrong.

It seems that the direct calculation of the expression which includes relational operation will be OK. I tried it directly and the transformed form as well (yellow tooltip).

Plotting and calling the defined function containing relational operators will go wrong sometimes (plotting, calling or both). I can not see the pattern.
Here is another text example.

It seems I was wrong. Here is the example where the summation with relational operation fails:

Additionally:
[MATH]x←10[/MATH]
[MATH]sum((k^2*(k≤x));k;0;10)=1[/MATH]
