Hello,
I wished to install TextRegionUtilities but this failed, now I can't enable or disable it from the local Plugins list.
Please help, I don't know the next move.

If you install WriterRegion everything should works as intended again.

Hello Davide,
Thank you for lookin at this issue.
WriterRegion is installed. I uninstalled WriterRegion, closed, installed WriterRegion, closed, reopened but unfortunately still get the error.

Davide,
The enable & disable were greyed out but I didn't realize that the dustbin was active; I deleted and reinstalled, all ok now.
