BUG? - Moving empty matrix - Messages
#1 Posted: 6/25/2009 9:02:06 PM
1.Open SMath (v0.8)
2.Make an ampty matrix
3.Do not insert any numbers in the placeholders
4.Move the matrix with the mouse
It will make a copy of it. Repeating move will produce another copy of the matrix (I would have sent the screenshot but did not know how).
In order to continue one should delete the multiple copies.

It's strange... I can't reproduce your finding. Expression shall be copied on move only if you have pressed Ctrl button on keyboard when moving.

You are right, sorry.
It was on an old computer with win2000 (I tried to run SMath portable version on a computer with 128MB RAM - it works quite well). I tried it now here at my office on few other computers and can not reproduce it either. Therefore, I suppose that computer (or myself) did something wrong.
By the way, how can I send you some example SMath files, screenshots etc. It would be much easyer to explain some things that way.
Regards,
Radovan
