Hello,

I've been using SMath for about 6 months now, and find it great for everyday work. Its great to have a free clone of MathCAD. Thanks Andrey for sharing this

Couple of Feature Requests :

1. Introduction of "rpm" as a native unit. Probably not very important since it can be defined as a custom unit, but it is a common "Engineering" Unit.
2. Ability to select "numerical" display as an option on "Mouse Over" an expression
3. When I type 1.234*10^6, with a unit, the "." between 1.234 & 10 becomes more or less hidden. Is this a bug ?
4. Ability to enter 1.234e6 rather than 1.234*10^6
5. An earlier post had details and if I remember right even a screen shot of the ability to "Collapse Areas". This would be very useful.
6. Zoom using -Scroll Wheel .... Would be great since many apps offer this as standard behaviour.
7. Image resizing rather than cropping. Also its very easy to "scribble" on images embedded ... Can this be disabled using some option ??
8. Ability to set default font / background color for text areas & math areas separately
9. Subscripts would be great to have. Waiting for this in the new release.
10. On pressing the ' for Units, it would be nice if the Dynamic Assist could only display Units. Additionaly there could be an option when the user can select what classes of items are displayed on the DA.

I know Andrey is a one man Army & not many of the above are deal breakers, but I'm hoping these can be implemented to improve usability. (Atleast for me )

I saw Andrey's post about the bulk Replace ... & that is a great feature. :good

Regards,

- Ramesh

ps : One last thing. The dates on the English Forum seem to be in Cyrillic as well. Is this a bug ??
