I am currently using SMath Studio on the Cloud as there is not a download option for my type of computer.

I was using it on friday, all was working okay, but now all the text/number/symbols are on top of each other and I can't read or type anything normally.

Please see images below. I have created a new worksheet but the same error happens. I also tried to work on another device but the same issue happened.

Has anyone had this issue before and know how to fix it?

This might be part of the problem, maybe the font metrics are not loaded correctly because there is an issue while trying to interfacing with your environment (what is it?).
