Hi,
I have attached herewith a documents that explains what in the subject, I started to develop it for documentation purposes and decided to share it hoping that can be useful to other people too.
It is based on the program http://easyunicodepaster.wikidot.com/start and I guess that it would be nice if something like it was available as a plugin to visualize a floating palette where to pick up the Unicode characters needed for a specific purpose.
Best regards
Franco
P.S. Sorry for the too wide animated gif that summarizes its usage.

Yes, you are completely right Alvaro the charge should be inside the square brackets, it is my fault.

This is just to inform you all that sadly all my efforts to use Unicode characters didn't lead to the results that I hoped.
The test results are reported in the attached file TestUnicodeUsage.sm (38 КиБ) скачан 68 раз(а)..
The main issue is that Unicode sequences of characters can't be used in the X-Y graph plug in and moreover the impossibility to solve symbolically an equation that contain one or more of these sequences.
I haven't had the possibility to test this in the Maple wrapper. ( if someone can double check this it would be interesting)
The result that I have desired to obtain are reported in this example file 1_StrongAcid.sm (41 КиБ) скачан 69 раз(а)., due to this I have been forced to turn the Unicode characters sequences in something more manageable by the Symbolical plugin.
Hope that in the future this situation will improve because it is not just a matter of cosmetic as you can imagine.
Best regards
Franco

Wroteit is not just a matter of cosmetic
That's the point: chemical reactions are so much involved in maths
that it is already a task force to convert from quite a few dedicated
software [typical from ChemEng in VB]. Cosmetic in text from Writer is OK.
for the remaining: just maths from maths.
Can you imagine Unicode in the attached ?
Jean ... however Bravissimo for the effort, Franco !
