About using X_Y 3D surface plot
Is a one time use live work sheet, i.e: does not save any settings.
You can put title, size the xyz axes system [ticks, grid, azimuth, horizon]
Once that done, make an image of it as a frozen piece of information.
Generally, this type of plot is for the visual comfort, viewing the surface.
In this demo, we have managed some X,Y,Z directions on the native plot.
Mesh, color scheme, back planes are not accessibles.
All in all => minimalist, but still very informative.
