I enclose the codes of the programs MathCAD and SMath. It would be nice if they produced the same result, though I don’t really understand how to implement this in SMath. Smath does not have the range summation Mathcad style.
The code is as per doctored by Davide.
You may have to watch the divide by zero.
Better use Smath Floor from main f(x) menu.
Takes long times to plot Eqef(j)...
