optical illusion
The idea is taken from the site
http://www.mapleprimes.com/maplesoftblog/35171-Its-Better-With-Maple
Although the vertical distance between the curves is constant,
it seems that with increasing distance from the axis of Y, they are getting closer.
Animation helps to overcome this optical illusion

Bullseye Illusion
The idea is taken from the site:

Although the white region has the same area as the blue ring, it appears to be larger

Challenge for Ber7 :d
This would be a great SMath animation : Heatherwick's Rolling Bridge
See it in action on this video at 1 minute and 25 seconds :
?t=1m25s

A spring-mass system in space
A spring-mass system consists of two masses, m1 = 10 kg and m2 = 1 kg,
and a weak spring with stiffness k = 1N/m. The spring has zero relaxed
length. The system is in 3-D space where there is no gravity. Track the
motion of the system for the next 20 seconds. Plot the trajectory of
the two masses in space. The 3-D animation showing the trajectory of the
two masses obtained from the numerical solution . From the plot, it seems
like the smaller mass goes around the bigger mass as the bigger mass moves on its trajectory.

Animation of NPlot and 3d Plot graphs
The program is designed for graphs that do not have a built-in
animation capabilities
